Ingredients:
6 apples
3 eggs
150 g. sugar
130 g. butter
200 g. flour
1 packet of Royal
A dash of brandy
A pinch of salt
PREPARATION:
Turn the oven to 180 degrees
Peel the apples and cut them into quarters and laminar.
Beat sugar
and eggs together, add butter and brandy and beat it until it is all combined.
Add flour gradually to the royal and salt and put it in a mold of 30 cm, and
placed it on top of the apple.
Put in the
oven is already hot for 25 minutes approx.
